Our Response to COVID-19: NEA Neuropsychology is committed to keeping its patients, staff, and families safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are offering telepsychological services where appropriate. In addition, we are taking the following precautions to protect our community:
- Office seating in the waiting room and in testing rooms has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.
- Temperature, symptom, and exposure screening for staff and visitors.
- All staff and visitors wear face masks.
- All staff and visitors maintain safe distancing.
- Plexiglass screens are set-up in face-to-face contact areas (e.g., front office, testing).
- Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.
- Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the testing rooms and the waiting room.
- We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.
- We ask all patients to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.
- Walk-in visits are not permitted for any reason. We can be reached by phone at 870-203-6085 or at our HIPAA-secure e-mail: [email protected].
- Patients are allowed to bring no more than one visitor over the age of 18 with them for their appointment.
- Door knobs, pens, and other areas that are commonly touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
- Physical contact is not permitted.
- Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.
- Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.
