2015 Walk to End Alzheimer's
In 2014, we were privileged to walk in memory of Lorine "Mickey" Gonser, who lost her battle with Alzheimer's disease in April 2014. Our team name was "Team Mickey" in her honor and we wore adorable Mickey-themed t-shirts designed by Melanie Jarchow, owner of Jesus is Mine Ministries. Our team raised nearly $1000.00 to go toward dementia prevention research and education! Click here to find more about the Walk to End Alzheimer's. In 2015, we did not walk due to unfortunate planning on the part of Dr. Addison-Brown. However, we did raise nearly $500 toward dementia prevention research and education. Not bad! Every little bit helps.
